"I can see clearly now, the rain is gone, I can see all obstacles in my way Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind It’s gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright) Sun-Shiny day." — Johnny Nash
Amid a week of delays on more than one project/order/plan, I surrendered another notch to my yoga and Buddhist studies.
More reading, including renewing my subscription to the wonderful (and now web-based) Namarupa, yielded the following bon mots. Happy learning to all!
"Matters of minor importance arise from good, but when it comes to a matter of great importance, great disaster without fail changes into great fortune." —Nichiren Daishonin, A Warning against Begrudging One’s Fief, Written to Shijo Kingo in July 1277
"A pundit whom I met on my third trip told me that Ganesh will often put an obstacle in teh way of those who are driven by their egos, so that they can redirect their energies and actions to better align with their soulpaths." — "Discovering Ganesh" by Shana Dressler, Namarupa
