Read.Eat.Listen: Change

"Any transition serious enough to alter your definition of self will require not just small adjustments in your way of living and thinking but a full-on metamorphosis." — Martha Beck, Growing Wings

It seems like everyone I know has been going through something life-altering of late--I've got a full roster of friends and family either getting married, managing a break-up, contending with illness, lost jobs or loved ones, or having a baby, etc. et. al.... A lot of change.
Some food for thought (and food) on that matter:

READ: Making a Change for Good: A Guide to Compassionate Self-Discipline, by Cheri Huber,
EAT: spring-summer vegetables: Spring Artichokes!
LISTEN: Vintage Sheryl Crow, "A Change Will Do You Good"

"If you'd like to reach me, leave me alone." I've always loved that lyric. The street in the video is in my old hood - I think it may be named Gay St.
